2. Financial: $31784.16
3. Toolbox for securing valued items ie Bow sets, Timing Unit, and other valuables. Cost of box from Total Tools $473, Sydney Tools $550 or Shop soiled unit $450 Claudio and Clive to pick up For Action
4. Associate membership. No fees established as yet. A consensus was reached of $150 for adults and $75 for juniors
5. Membership fees as follows. (AA $250 2 adults 1child. AV$105. Club$125, Shooting Fee$175 a total of $655). (2 adults + 2 children AA$250, AV $150,Club $150, shooting fees $130. Total $680)
6. Club challange. Lunch was picked up from COSCO . All competitors where happy with food selection.
7. First AID KIT Box is located in target shed. Teagan prepared check list of consumables and list of whats going out (Used items used). Melissa Hill to track items/3 months. Also an incident report should be completed in a spread sheet format (for competition and group training)
8. New cameras have been installed ouside the club house and also internally.
